Appetizer

Crab Duo ~ Crostini & Crab Pastry

A succulent blend of Lump Crab Meat, Red Bell Pepper, Chives, Parmesan & spices served on a crostini and as a pastry filling.

Wine Pairing: Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc (1/2 glass)  Beer Pairing: Colorado Kölsch (6oz)
 

 

Choice of Soup OR Salad

Soup:  Roasted Tomato & Red Bell Pepper Bisque with Basil & Gouda.

 Wine Pairing:  Earth Pinot Blanc (1/2 glass)  Beer Pairing:  Anchor Steam (6oz)

OR

Salad:  Baby Arugula, Bacon, Figs, Walnuts & Parmesan w/ Raspberry Balsamic Reduction.
